Terms of Service

I, as the artist

○ I own all artwork rights.
○ I have the right to turn down any commission.
○ I will not draw characters if I don't like their design(s).
○ I have the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising.

You, as the client

○ Please be patient.
○ You may NOT reprint your commission for a profit.
○ You may print your commission for personal use.
○ You may edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.

Payment & Refunds

Invoiced payments through Linden dollars / Via Second Life plataform (L$) and USD Dollars / Via Ko-fiThe payment must be done AFTER I shows you a sketch and both of us are happy with the idea, changes can be done in this phase, after that I will work based on the Sketch. Any large edits, corrections and redraws must be paid for.REFUNDS: I allow full refunds before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your piece.

How to Order ?

Contact me in any of my social media. Have in mind I will request these:• A reference photo of the character. (Bust up and a close up of the face. I would request more specific references depending of the character design)• If you have a pose in mind (OPTIONAL)• If you want something extra (1 more thing) as pets, accessories, drinks, stuffies, etc. (OPTIONAL)• A backgroups choice (Simple or plain). This one can be discussed at the beginning or when the base drawing is finished.
